I had 3 Nights stay at this property & I am very much happy with Hotel Maureen Kolkata. When you are coming from the Airport towards the City, This Hotel catches your attention because of the wonderful Lighting it has to offer. Hotel Maureen Kolkata really looks Luxurious as the name says. I was a little disappointed when I saw the rooms’ size since the room size is a bit smaller as compared to Up standard Hotel Properties.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the stay. Everything provided in the room is branded whether it is the Lights, washrooms, showers. I liked it. The food served was good, Quick & hospitality was nice. The behavior of the that time GM Mr. Debasish was really awesome. I will come back for sure to Hotel Maureen Kolkata to stay again.
Drawbacks of Hotel Maureen Kolkata
1) Rooms are closely located; sometimes it’s irritating when you can hear about what your neighbors are talking.
2) Don’t be afraid if you see often mosquitoes in the room.
3) Reluctant to give sufficient water.
4) Food quality is OK.
