Today morning we went to Narayanhiti Palace which has been converted to Narayanhiti Palace Museum in 2008. It is located in Kathmandu, which served as the residence and principal workplace of the reigning monarch of the kingdom of Nepal. The palace complex is located in the Kaiser Mahal next to Thamel and is unified in an impressive courtyards, gardens, and rooms. We started around 9.30 am to witness various tourist places in Kathmandu.
Nagarkot is a village on the border of the Kathmandu Valley approximately 28 Km from Kathmandu. Nagarkot is famous for some nice shorter treks and splendid views of Himalaya. You can reach Nagarkot from Kathmandu by road in less than 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. It is possible to see Mount Everest from there and stunning sunrise and sunset. Mountain watching is the most popular. Its population is just under 5,000 and there are plenty of hotels, some luxury, and small guest houses. Today we started a little bit early. After taking tea we directly headed to Patan. Patan, ornamented with ancient monasteries, temples, and other monuments. Some of which have existed for centuries—amalgamated seamlessly into residents’ everyday lives. Patan city architectures became so familiar to the residents that they’re sometimes underappreciated and neglected. Once you get to Patan, make sure to wander around slowly to fully sucking its beauty. There are more things to do in Pokhara than the typical Paragliding, Trekking, or the Peace Temple. Pokhara local market tour and sailing in Pokara Fewa Lake are few of them. So here they are, and I have tried to share my awesome experience.
We started for Pokhara from Chitwan around 11 am. Pokhara is a metropolitan city in Nepal, is the country’s second largest city in terms of both population and area. Pokhara is considered the tourism capital of Nepal, being a base for trekkers undertaking the Annapurna Circuit through Annapurna ranges in the Himalayas.
