Kedarnath Dham will be opened on 17th May 2021 (Monday), Kedarnath Temple will be closed on 6th November (Saturday) 2021 (tentative).

The door of this holy temple will open for yatris and devotees on 17th May 2021 at 5:35 am inside the morning. On May 14th, 2021, as according to traditions, a Bhairavnath puja may be held in Omkareshwar Temple at Ukhimath. On 14th May 2021the Kedarnath Doli can be transferred from Omkareshwar Temple at Ukhimath around 10 am during the morning. On that day this Kedarnath Ji Doli stayed at Phata village for the remainder of the night. The next day, on May 15th, 2021, the Doli of Kedarnath Ji will remain at Gaurikund throughout the nighttime. On 16th May 2021 the Doli will make its very last adventure from Gaurikund to Kedarnath. Kedarnath Ji’s Doli will finally attain the shrine on the morning of May 17th 2021, Saturday around 6:10 am. The temple’s door will then open for visitation for pilgrims.
The closing dates for Kedarnath Dham has not been decided however are under consideration. As in step with tradition, the temple door will close for public visitation in the eve of Bhai Dooj which falls after Diwali on 6th November, Saturday.

Badrinath opening and closing dates 2021:
